Manufacturing Facilities.
The company operates from a dedicated facility in Poole, Dorset, where it has automated its shearing and punching line by investing £200,000 in a Ficep F 504 PSN CNC machine for processing angles and flats. The new machine helps to satisfy an increase in demand for more efficient processing of angles and flats for steel construction fabrications. It combines punching, part marking, shearing of plates up to 25mm thick and 500mm wide and angles up to 150 x 150 x 16mm. The Ficep machine achieves this and eliminates bottlenecks in the processing of fittings as well as producing all our angle bracings and cleats etc.
