HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
Bourne Group Holdings Limited are committed to providing working environments and systems for all employees and others affected by its operations that ensure the health, safety and welfare exceed the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and enforcing regulations.
The Directors and all the employees of the Group and its subsidiaries accept responsibility for ensuring that everything practicable is done to provide and maintain safe systems and environments for work.
The Directors and Senior Management of the Group and its subsidiaries will bring to the attention of its employees and other relevant persons their personal responsibilities and duties in respect of the foregoing by ensuring that they receive information, instruction and training as appropriate.
The Group companies and divisions will through consultation, co-operation and collaboration with its employees, clients, suppliers (supply-chain), relevant trade associations and other organizations, continually seek improvement of its existing systems and the development of safer systems of work in order to provide the best practical protection to its employees and all other persons, including the employees of its customers, suppliers, other trades and the general public.
The Company measures the performance of the management systems on a regular basis to ensure that the Safe Operating Procedures contained within it are being applied and are meaningful, realistic and relevant to the health, safety and environmental needs of the business and the employees.
The Group companies and divisions shall fully co-operate with enforcement agencies in all areas to do with health, safety and environmental matters.
This policy is implemented throughout the management systems of all Group companies and divisions and is fully supported by all the Directors.
