Bourne Balcony® was developed specifically to deal with the cantilever issues arising from the attachment of balconies to the elevations of buildings. This worked so successfully on a project in Hackney that we decided it should be marketed to a wider audience and sold as a product.

Currently, alternative designs for different shaped balconies (e.g. curved on plan) with a variety of balustradings are in hand.
